Understanding your football ticket options

Start with the club’s official ticket information. Memberships, general sale, hospitality and authorised travel arrangements can have different eligibility rules, prices and terms.

Questions to ask

• Who is selling the ticket, and what authorisation applies?
• What seating category is included?
• Are your seats together?
• When and how are tickets delivered?
• What happens if the fixture changes?
